President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced large-scale personnel rotations in Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic corps, including ambassadorial posts.
The head of state made the announcement following a report by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha on December 5.
During the meeting, Zelenskyy discussed the outcomes of Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts in 2025 and outlined key priorities for the current year.
«Every agreement in Ukraine’s interests, every deal, every partnership must operate fully,» Zelenskyy stressed.
The president said that rotations in the diplomatic corps are already in an active phase. In the near future, the foreign minister is expected to present the relevant candidates for decision-making.
Separately, Zelenskyy noted that, given the need for consistently effective work of the foreign ministry, a candidate for the new First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will be appointed.
«I expect proposals for a decision, ” the president concluded.
