The aggressor state, Russia, struck an internat housing civilians who were preparing for evacuation. The attack was carried out with a Russian aerial bomb.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote about this.

The Russians destroyed the building, even though dozens of civilians were inside.

"This is how Russia waged war against Chechnya decades ago. This is how they killed Syrians. This is how Russian bombs destroy Ukrainian homes. And even against its own civilian population, the Russian army uses the same tactics," he emphasized.
As the Ukrainian leader pointed out, this is a state devoid of civilization.

"And this is an evil that will not stop on its own. But if one acts strongly and decisively, even Russia can be forced to stop. And this must be done to protect the world from Russian bombs."
