U.S. Intelligence Named a Way to End the War as Soon as Possible
The war in Ukraine is not in a stalemate.
Director of U.S. National Intelligence Avril Haines emphasizes that the West must continue to provide security assistance to Ukraine in order for it to win the war unleashed by the Kremlin.
She made this statement at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Voice of America reports.
According to her, in particular, it is very important for Ukraine to receive substantial military and economic assistance from foreign partners to ensure advance of the Armed Forces. Haines also emphasizes that both Ukrainian and Russian troops are currently facing serious challenges.
"This is not in a stalemate. In fact, it is a fierce conflict where literally every hundred meters is fought for on the front line. It will be crucial for Ukraine to receive substantial military and economic assistance to move forward so that they can continue to do what they are heroically doing," Avril Haines stresses.
