"We have to put an end to Putin": Zelenskyy says when he will resign

Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he might step down as President of Ukraine, but only after the war is over.

He made this statement in an interview with the BBC.

The journalist asked if there might be a moment when Zelenskyy could no longer continue as president. He responded affirmatively, stating, "we are all human."

He also acknowledged that he could transfer power to someone else, but emphasized that this would only happen after the war with Russia ends.

"We have to put an end to the war. We have to put an end to him (Volodymyr Putin — editor). I think it is very important for our people and our country," Zelenskyy said.
