President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to discuss the return of Oschadbank funds, confiscated by Hungary, with Peter Magyar, leader of the Tisza party, which won the Hungarian parliamentary elections.
Zelenskyy stated this during the national telethon.
«We would like the money back. They took some of our money there. We will be speaking with Magyar now. I think they should return it. Orban simply stole that money,» Zelenskyy said.
In his view, the Tisza party’s election victory represents a window of opportunity for bilateral relations between Ukraine and Hungary.
