Russian troops struck industrial facilities in Kremenchuk, Poltava region, with missiles and drones overnight into Friday, June 26. Parts of the district were left without electricity.
The information was reported by Vitalii Diakivnych, Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy attacked the Kremenchuk district overnight. Missile and drone strikes on industrial facilities have been confirmed," the official said.
According to Diakivnych, the assault resulted in partial power outages across the area. Emergency crews are already on-site working to restore the electricity supply.
Air-raid alerts were declared multiple times in the Kremenchuk district since the start of the day. Powerful explosions rocked Kremenchuk shortly after midnight, with local authorities confirming that the community had come under a combined enemy assault.
