Myrnohrad «being engulfed» by enemy, analysts report escalation

Russian occupying forces are increasing pressure on Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad, using infantry buildup tactics and drone aviation. Enemy advances deeper into urban areas, the occupation of Rivne settlement, and a critical escalation on the outskirts of Myrnohrad are currently being recorded.

The analysts say drone launch sites have been identified in northern Pokrovsk, while enemy infantry is attempting to establish positions in the city.

«Simultaneously, the enemy is attempting to infiltrate Hryshyne from the north-western outskirts of Pokrovsk. Enemy buildup is already being recorded on the western outskirts of the village and fire engagements are ongoing, ” DeepState said.

According to the analysts, attempts by the enemy to attack from the direction of Kotlyne are currently being blocked — Ukraine’s Defense Forces are destroying groups of occupiers on this approach. On the southern sector of the axis, the analysts recorded the loss of Rivne settlement. Russian units also continue pressure on the neighbouring village of Svit­le.

Capturing this territory would allow the enemy to build up forces for a strike deeper into the corridor between Pokrovsk and Rodynske, creating a direct threat to Ukrainian units holding the outskirts of Myrnohrad.
