On the night of August 31, Russian forces carried out a massive attack with strike drones on the Odesa district. The main strike targeted the city of Chornomorsk and its surroundings.

This was reported by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.

As a result of the attack, energy infrastructure was damaged: more than 29,000 consumers were left without electricity. Critical facilities are currently being supplied with power from generators, and repair crews are already working on restoration.
