Russian occupants dropped vacuum bombs in Okhtyrka, the mayor reports

The Russian occupants continue to use the warfare methods prohibited by Geneva Protocol. For example, they have dropped the vacuum bombs on the town of Okhtyrka, Sumy oblast.

Pavlo Kuzmenko, the mayor of Okhtyrka, has informed about it.

''The enemy is prosecuting a dirty war. The oil depot in Okhtyrka has just been vacuum-bombed. The oil tanks have exploded'' – the mayor of Okhtyrka has said.

Losses of Russians who fight against Ukraine:

According to the approximate data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the morning of February 24th till 6 am, February 28th, the following losses have been invicted to the armed forces of the aggressor state, Russia:
