Ukraine has identified key priorities in its work with international partners: the supply and development of weapons production, the reconstruction of cities and villages, and holding Russia legally accountable.
This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commenting on a report by Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha following a meeting of ambassadors held in Zaporizhzhia, as stated in the president’s Telegram post.
Minister Sybiha, along with over 80 heads of Ukrainian diplomatic missions, visited Zaporizhzhia, where they discussed key tasks in cooperation with partner countries alongside the regional head, Ivan Fedorov.
«Specific elements in the supply of weapons for our soldiers and the development of their production. Specific projects for the reconstruction and ensuring normal life in Ukrainian cities and villages. Specific, legally effective mechanisms to hold Russia accountable and to use Russian assets to protect against Russian aggression, ” Zelenskyy emphasized.
He also noted that «we must achieve tangible new results with our partners in these three areas over the next six months.»
Support for business cooperation with Ukraine remains a constant priority. The president stressed: «This is one of the indicators by which the effectiveness of our embassies will be judged: bringing businesses, projects, and initiatives to our country that create jobs for our people and a real basis for tax revenue.»
Additionally, following the meeting, decisions were made «to replace the heads of some embassies, ” Zelenskyy reported.
