Zelenskyy says Russia trying to open «second front» against Ukraine
According to Zelenskyy Russia seeks to use Iranian strikes on U.S. bases and neighbouring countries as a «second front» against Ukraine and the West.

Zelenskyy met with his negotiation team to discuss the postponement of peace talks, the situation in the Middle East, and Russia’s plans to turn Iranian attacks into a second front. The head of state reported the discussion on social media.
U.S. talks postponed

Zelenskyy said the U.S. postponed a meeting with Ukraine this week, citing Washington’s focus on Iran. He stressed that Ukraine is ready to meet «at any moment, in the format that can help and is realistic for ending the war.»
«The team reported on Russian plans, mainly based on our intelligence. I instructed them to contact American negotiators again to reaffirm our readiness for strategic cooperation for security, including drone defense, and to confirm our commitment to work toward ending Russia’s war against Ukraine, ” Zelenskyy said.
