A Russian rocket hit a multistorey residential house at 6 Lobanosvky Street in Kyiv. It destroyed the apartments on six floors.
Eyewitnesses posted frightening images and videos online.
According to the preliminary data of the State Emergency Service, there are no victims. The residents were able to reach the nearest bomb shelter.
The building was hit twice. The top and the bottom floors were affected.
Attorney General Iryna Venediktova comments: “Investigators and prosecutors are working on the scene. This is a direct violation of the laws of war. Another evidence for The Hague!”
